The Forum meets under the Chatham House Rule. You are free to use what you hear. You may not say who said it or what company they are from. Members are not named in this recap. Ron Yarbrough is, because he hosted it and it was his story to tell.
The part that is not in the recap
The full ninety-minute recording, the transcript, the slides, the pre-takeoff report on a real bid, the estimator’s handwritten notes that started it, and each skill as it is posted with the tools and settings it needs – those are in the members area. That is the point of joining: the room, the recordings, and the working files.
The Forum is small on purpose and there are no vendors at the microphone. The first ten charter companies are at charter pricing through December 31, 2026. The next Peer Exchange is Thursday, October 8, at 1:00 PM Eastern.
