Membership Application

One form for the company, the principal, and every named seat. Payment follows on Stripe. Board review is a 48-hour non-objection window; you hear from Carol either way.

1. Join or renew Join – first membership. Charter rate: $250 for the company’s first year (first 10 companies, through December 31, 2026), then $600 a year. Renew – you were a member of the Forum before. Returning-member rate: $200 for the first year, then $600 a year.

4. Named seats

Company membership covers the principal and one named seat from your team – included. Each further named seat is $200 a year. Every named person gets their own members-area login and invitations. Add as many as you need, or none.

5. AI experience and learning interests

This sets the table for the Peer Exchange. Tell us where the company is today and what you want to learn. There are no wrong answers – every level has a next rung.

Level 1 – AI User. We use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot regularly – writing, proposals, documents, research, an app on the phone. Level 2 – AI Practitioner. AI works across several parts of the business – estimating, bookkeeping, marketing, paperwork – using tools beyond chat: Cowork, plug-ins, spreadsheets, templates the company runs on. Level 3 – AI Integrator. AI agents and automations run inside the operation – Claude Code, Codex, n8n, MCP-connected tools, always-on bots – for work like bid-document review, takeoffs, bookkeeping by computer use, submittals and filings, or connected systems (estimating, accounting, CRM, plan rooms).

6. Eligibility The company is an active commercial painting contractor and the principal above is its owner or a key decision-maker. The company is licensed and insured as required by law where it operates. The principal and every named seat agree to the PDCA Commercial Forum Code of Ethics. Peer Exchange commitment. Our strength is trust. What is shared at the Peer Exchange, in the members area and at member events stays among member companies. Use the insight in your own business; do not publish it or attribute it outside the membership without the member’s permission. Share the insight, protect the source – and bring your own work to the table in turn. The principal and every named seat agree. Payment is processed by Stripe. Membership is subject to Board approval per the bylaws (48-hour non-objection window); if not approved, dues are refunded in full. Membership runs twelve months from activation and renews automatically on that date.
